Job DescriptionDevelop and implement HR and safety policies.Conduct workplace safety audits and identify areas of improvement.Provide advice on compliance with HR and safety legislation.Manage ER investigations and resolve any conflicts.Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of staff.Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Coordinate with management on workforce planning and strategy.Provide support to employees in various HR related topics.The Successful ApplicantA successful 'HR & Safety Advisor' should have:
