Development Manager
We are seeking a skilled Development Manager to join our Masterplanned Communities team in Sydney.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to drive profit centre performance by delivering projects within cash flow and profit return benchmarks. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating and consistently delivering HSE and sustainability measures that support successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Actively manage all aspects of project launch and delivery
* Foster cross-divisional collaboration to maximise overall profitability
* Work with project teams to improve customer experience and ensure timely management of customer issues
* Manage strategy and implementation of sales and marketing process
* Promote Stockland's commitment to sustainability and support community and environmental shared value proposition
* Continuously monitor market and competitor activity to maintain competitiveness
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Degree qualification in related discipline
* Experience in multi-disciplinary teams with collaborative style
* Project, planning, cost, and risk management expertise
* Development industry knowledge and residential land expertise
* Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Commercial acumen and forecasting and financial management skills
* Customer centric focus on data analytics and insights

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
