Hotel Grand Chancellor is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic & friendly night auditor to join our front office team on a permanent basis. 4 night shifts per week, generally set days. Responsibilities Provide professional service and attention to all guest requests. Attend to reception duties such as check-ins, check-outs, account settlements, guest inquiries and delivering guest items. Answer / direct incoming calls from the front desk. Balance Food & Beverage outlet and Front Office dockets, including city ledger accounts, credit cards, back up the system and running of the night audit reports. Monitor lobby and public areas. Deliver guest deliveries to guest floors. Communicate with other departments in a friendly and professional manner. Complete shift audit, balance cashier, ready for the morning shift handover. Advise any discrepancies to Accounts and communicate with Night Manager and Front Office Manager. Requirements Previous experience in a similar Guest Services / Night Audit role. Self-disciplined, self-motivated and reliable. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Committed to providing superior customer service. Experience in handling cash and credit card transactions. Knowledge of financial reporting Available to work graveyard shifts from 11:00pm-7:30am 4 nights a week.
