Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer repairs and servicing
* Liaise with service agents and suppliers to resolve issues
* Keep customers informed of repair status and ensure timely completion
* Assist with administrative duties, including processing invoices and reports
* Run weekly reports on repairs and service jobs
* Coordinate stock deliveries and provide excellent customer service
* Ensure a safe working environment
Requirements:
* Experience in customer-focused retail or administration
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Organisational and prioritisation skills
* Familiarity with Australian Consumer Law (desirable)
* Full of energy, ambitious, confident, and flexible
* Friendly, outgoing, approachable, and a team player
* Ability to service customers while managing tasks
* Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
