Barwon Health is committed to developing a vibrant culture of education, training and research that advances health and wellbeing for all.About the role:Working within a multi-disciplinary team environment (telehealth / face to face) this position focuses on the provision of government funded carer support services that are responsive to the needs of the local community. This position encompasses a variety of roles including information provision; guided referrals; facilitation of peer support groups; community outreach; developing carer capacity and resilience; delivering practical and innovative support.
