The successful candidate will commence in 2024 / 2025 and will be working as part of the College IT department, where a variety of different tasks would be required to be completed every day. Knowledge and experience in many different areas and skill sets is required for this role.About You Completed a Bachelor of Computer Science or Bachelor of Information Technology.2+ years of system administration experience.Well-rounded knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, VLAN, Routing, Firewalls, etc).Experience with the various Microsoft 365 Apps & management, including Admin Center, Exchange, Teams and SharepointExperience with JAMF preferredExperience with Synergetic & SEQTA would be a bonusArticulate and clear written and verbal communication skills.Willing to abide by the colleges policies & values.Attention to detail and exceptional time management.Current Working with Children Check.Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including hardware, servers, networks, and associated software applications.Manage the various areas of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online administration & M365 Security.Manage switches and access points through the Juniper Mist management portal.Experience with Auto Pilot and Intune.Security and risk management experience, as well as backup & disaster recovery.Experience in PowerShell scripting preferred.Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures and best practices.Maintain records of assets and IT-related resources.Fixing hardware & software issues for various desktop PCs, laptops, printers and iPadsManagement of users & groups in various Software/ServersManage devices, apps & settings in JAMFUpdate content on SharePointCoordinate repairs with Service agentsAny other IT or computer-related duties that may arise at the College.How to Apply: Interested applicants should submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their qualifications and relevant experience to the Principal at (email protected).
