The Role
This role will enable you to join our client's team of passionate, high-performing and dedicated retail marketing professionals. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the business to achieve marketing objectives that are aligned to the brand and Business Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the coordination of digital and social media marketing across various online platforms
2. Preparing business updates and email marketing including, design, copy, scheduling, testing and database management;
3. Coordinating marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing booking forms, updating tenants, coordinating with vendors/contractors, creating run sheets and ordering collateral;
4. Leasing/Investor Relations: Assist with creating brochures, signage, flyers, presentations and centre plans;
5. Build long-standing and positive relationships with Retailers;
6. Managing relationships with external contractors to ensure high quality and timely execution of marketing initiatives; and
7. Monitoring marketing industry news and conducting market research to identify trends.
Skills and Experience Requirements for the role:
8. 1-2 years experience in a marketing role
9. Graphic Design experience
10. Tertiary qualifications in marketing, advertising or a related field;
11. Efficiency in Adobe Suites is desirable but not essential;
12. Strong verbal and written communication skills including, copywriting and proofreading;
13. Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills;
14. Strong relationship management skills;
15. Proficiency in MS Office platforms.
