Location: CanberraPosition Type: OngoingSalary: $74,422 - $80,807About the role The purpose of this role is to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of IT support services to the ACIC and its external stakeholders. Key responsibilities:
Conduct 1st level troubleshooting and diagnose technical issues on a range of systemsSupport the use of hardware and help manage hardware inventory including desktops, laptops, and mobile phonesProvide assistance with administrative tasks / data entryAssist with the creation of Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs)Assist in completing the day-to-day tasks and priorities set out by the Service Desk Team Leaders and Assistant Director Service DeskParticipate in after-hours on-call roster.Our ideal candidate To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following experience, skills and attributes:
