As part of Treasury’s 2024-25 ICT Digital and Cyber Security Investment program, the Enterprise Systems Uplift Project is required to uplift the Aurion Recruitment Module to reduce the recruitment manual processes and implement Aurion Payroll Onboarding Module to streamline and automate the payroll processing for onboarding new staff.
The Department of the Treasury seeks to engage an experienced Aurion Developer, with specialist skills and experience in Aurion web recruitment and onboarding, and business process automation (BPA) programming.
The Aurion Developer will be required to:
Have 5+ years demonstrated experience in the Aurion system and have specialised technical expertise in Aurion web recruitment and payroll onboarding.Assist in delivering business initiatives to enhance the Aurion Recruitment Module and implement Payroll Onboarding Module into the Treasury environment.Have the ability to quickly adapt to the Treasury environment by engaging with various stakeholders across the Project and impacted business areas. Have proven and demonstrated experience and technical expertise in Aurion Web Recruitment and Payroll Onboarding, including broad experience across all Aurion modules.

Essential Criteria
Demonstrated experience and technical expertise in configuration, administration, and development of Aurion Web Recruitment and Payroll Onboarding.Demonstrated experience and technical expertise in Aurion ESS Forms and Business Process Automation (BPA) development and configuration.Experience in implementing Aurion solutions within the Australian Public Service sector.
Desirable Criteria
Demonstrated experience across all Aurion Modules (Payroll, Leave, Career Manager, and Timekeeper Modules).
