Responsibilities
:
1. Organising meetings, including preparing the agenda and all supporting documentation, room bookings and invitations;
2. Assisting with room set-up
3. Sorting, recording and delivering the team's mail;
4. Ensure outgoing mail is recorded and mailed on a daily basis;
5. Maintenance of the archiving system and retrieval and destruction of files as required;
6. General administration duties for the team, including scanning and filing documents, maintaining registers and office reception duties;
7. Answering the telephones and checking voicemail messages;
8. Deliveries for the office as required;
9. Assist with marketing activities for the division;
10. Assist with data entry duties, including bank reconciliations and transaction recording.
11. Ordering and stock-taking of kitchen supplies
12. Adhoc office duties and support for divisions

13. Certificate in Business Administration
Demonstrated Experience & Attributes

14. 6-12 months in a similar role
15. Strongmunication Skills
16. Strong attention to detail
17. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
