Description About the Role Integrated Research (IR) is looking for a Global Accounts Payable & Payroll Officer based in Sydney to join our global organization on a 15-month fixed contract. We would like our new team member to commence in this role in early to mid-May. The Global Accounts Payable and Payroll Officer is responsible for the timely completion of payroll and payments to vendors. Key Responsibilities As part of this role, you will be accountable for the following key responsibilities: Payroll: Work with HR to ensure payroll records are up to date i.e., new starters, terminations, leave and contract changes are reflected correctly. Review & process payroll reports (from payroll agency) and post payment into Dynamics 365. Complete reconciliation to GL and draft headcount report. Global Accounts Payable: Processing of expense invoices includes setting up AP runs across Europe/Singapore and Australia. Reimbursement of employee expenses Payment of AMEX expenses reconciliation. Assistance with general AP enquiries, on boarding of new vendors and verification of changes in account details. Cash Management: Bank reconciliations for all regions Assisting Financial Controller with updating Cashflow Skills And Experiences Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a payroll officer in small to medium sized multinational organisation. Excellent attention to detail, problem solving and time management skills. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver to deadlines. Experience with ADP/Dynamics 365 preferred but not essential .
