Project based role - permanent full-time Intro Recruitment has partnered up with a Civil Construction company based in Hemmant. This will be a project based HR position on one of their iconic projects in South East Queensland. The project is located within the Scenic Rim region and is a part of the Gondwana Rainforests World Heritage Area. Due to location, the company offers housing for those that would prefer to stay locally during the week as the works are run from Monday to Friday. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with our internal HR team, you will be responsible for providing employee lifecycle support. Assisting with initiatives that are focused on recruitment, performance management, training and development, process improvement, engagement and more. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders – providing guidance and counsel to manage process, conversations and outcomes. Candidate Criteria: HR Qualification. 3+ years experience, experience within construction industry highly regarded. Experience with white and blue collar recruitment desirable. Thorough knowledge and understanding of legislation, HR practices, awards etc. Demonstrated experience in supporting the full employee lifecycle.
