Our client, a major whitegoods wholesaler, is looking for an energetic marketing specialist to help build, develop, and grow the business.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.Manage the company's market presence, including marketing campaigns specifically targeting groups such as designers, architects, builders, and decorators.Execute marketing strategies to enhance visibility and drive customers to our showrooms.Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels to cater to the local domestic markets.Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, leveraging insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of the curve.Plan and coordinate promotional events, representing the company to foster networking opportunities and bolster brand recognition.Communicate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with overarching business objectives.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to management for continuous optimization.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with a robust educational background.Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing roles, demonstrating adaptability and a quick learning curve.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey concepts effectively to diverse audiences, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.Proactive and innovative mindset, committed to continuous learning and professional growth, with a focus on delivering impactful results.Creative thinker with the ability to devise out-of-the-box marketing strategies.Strong organizational and project management abilities.Familiarity with market research methodologies and tools.Base salary range of $75,000-$85,000 per annum + superannuation.Only successful applicants will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
