About The Opportunity As the Business Development Manager, you will: Develop and implement the local business development and relationship management strategy Collaborate with senior management on expanding business and marketing initiatives Nurture leads, maintain customer engagement, and represent the company at networking events Engage with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong connections and referrals Organize staff meetings, professional development activities, and supervision sessions Stay updated on operational trends, NDIS policy changes, and identify new business opportunities Lead sales efforts, meet KPIs, and execute marketing strategies to promote the business Conduct company audits for compliance and proactively engage with regulators Establish rapport with potential participants and arrange meetings About You The successful candidate will have: 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Relationship Management or Support Coordination Passion, knowledge and experience in the NDIS industry Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle Flexibility to travel around Sydney and be available for some interstate travel You will also have: High-level communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional organisational and time management abilities The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment What's in it for You?
