We're looking for candidates with demonstrable expertise in planning, stakeholder engagement, and general project management to successfully deliver onshore wind, solar & BESS projects.
Please note applicants must have local utility-scale renewable energy development experience.About the Role: Manage project development schedules, budgets, and risks documentation; Lead land tenure negotiations and maintain strong relationships with landowners and stakeholders; Oversee planning processes to secure statutory approvals and regulatory compliance; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, legal, procurement, and community engagement; Progress engineering and grid connection activities; Develop and present business cases for project financial close; Contribute to M&A activities, market assessments, and strategic planning for business growth.
About You: A tertiary degree in planning, environment, engineering, or a related discipline; 7+ years of relevant renewables development experience; Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and collaboration skills; Proficiency in power generation technologies and knowledge of the regulatory landscape.
