Are you passionate about delivering high-quality customer service in a vibrant community setting? The Karratha Leisureplex is seeking a dedicated Leisure Duty Manager – Customer Service to join our team on a part-time basis for a fixed-term contract until May 2025.
About the Role:
The Leisure Duty Manager – Customer Service is a vital position at the Karratha Leisureplex, responsible for overseeing all customer service operations and acting as the first point of contact for patrons. This role ensures that a high standard of service is provided across all operating hours, including evenings and weekends. Reporting to the Business Supervisor - KLP, the Duty Manager also plays a key role in staff development, customer interaction, and promoting the facilities offered by the Leisureplex.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional frontline customer service to patrons in person, over the phone, and via email. Actively promote KLP services and City facilities. Oversee, train, and engage customer service staff. Manage cash handling and report updates to the Business Supervisor. Key Requirements:
Qualifications in Recreation or Business Administration Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role Strong communication, problem-solving, and supervisory skills How to Apply:
