Executive Manager of Business, Growth and Innovation The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Principal, the newly created role of Executive Manager of Business, Growth, and Innovation is responsible for all outward-facing aspects of the College's business, and will establish and maintain external relationships, identify and pursue opportunities for growth, and seek diversification of College income streams. They will work closely with the Executive Manager of Finance and Operations to ensure initiatives are properly resourced and managed, and financial reporting is accurate. In collaboration with the Executive Dean, they will ensure all initiatives support and enhance the student experience. The Executive Manager of Business, Growth and Innovation will drive and develop a culture of social entrepreneurism, philanthropy and commercial innovation in line with, and supportive of, the College mission.
