About the role: We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for a 6 month contract, to work on-site in the Central Coast. Reporting into the Project Manager, duties will include (but not limited to): Data entry, validation, and report compilation (daily/weekly) in databases and Excel tools. Support site team with day-to-day tasks, including managing site inductions and external databases. Coordinate travel arrangements and manage visitor scheduling. Handle permits, procurement, and site office management, ensuring equipment availability. Assist with staff rostering, group calendars, and liaising with external stakeholders. Skills & Experience: Previous experience working within the construction or renewable energy sector 5 Years of administration experience Excellent computer literacy - MS Office Suite & Procure (desirable but not essential Managing multiple demands and proactively identifying and preventing issues and obstacles.
