Our 10,000+ team works in a range of environments, creating, connecting, and caring for communities across Australia and New Zealand.What's on offer?Fulton Hogan is looking for a Leading Hand to join its Bunbury Civil team, upgrading state and local government infrastructure including road reconstruction, intersections and drainage to provide the region with better connections for the community.You'll be a proven leader who can support and motivate site teams - ensuring the focus remains on safety, quality, cost and schedule in the planning and execution of work.Core responsibilities will include:Contributing to the development and implementation of SWMS and leading daily pre-start meetings to address all site requirements.Scheduling, forecasting, procurement and management of materials, plant, personnel and subcontractors.Coordinating with the engineering team to develop and maintain project programs.Providing weekly/monthly program updates and recording daily productivity targets and documenting delays and issues.Managing/monitoring project costs and resolving daily site issues.Identifying hazards and assessing risk through regular safety audits and environmental risk assessments as per Fulton Hogan procedures.How you'll connect to the role:Experience in delivering profitability on civil construction projects within a safe working environment.Excellent organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines.The ability to positively influence and lead a team.A proven commitment to site safety.Computer literacy with demonstrated ability to complete reports in a timely manner.Want to be rewarded for the good work you do?
