The key duties of the position include The Role You will operate with a focused scope contributing to Organisational Capability Reviews under broad direction. You will be responsible for a team who will undertake workforce analysis and specialised research to support organisational design that is 'fit for purpose' and delivers effective workforce capability outcomes. Optimised design of the integrated workforce is a key strategic task in the delivery of the 2024 Defence Workforce Plan. You will lead a team as we build knowledge, experience and capacity to deliver Organisational Capability Reviews across Defence. Work may include supporting work level classification and occupational alignment for Senior Executive Service and APS positions. You will manage your team's priorities, workflow and outputs and make independent decisions within your scope of accountability. You will work collaboratively with other like teams to develop agile workforce demand policies and procedures to support an evolving strategic environment. About our Team Our Organisational Capability Review Teams work hand in hand with the ADF Organisational Capability Review Teams to deliver an integrated Defence Organisational Capability Review mechanism. Whilst our 'home' Group may be different under Defence's leadership diarchy, we collectively deliver Organisational Capability Reviews to enable Defence to align its workforce to meet strategic priorities.
