As a Service Delivery Manager, you will manage the service delivery for an assigned area and portfolio of products and services.
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.
* Optimizing the financial performance of the business unit with direct oversight for the P&L
* Collaborating with sales teams and customers to drive and execute strategies to grow share and deliver an exceptional customer experience
* Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with the business demand.
* Ensuring that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio.
* Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant, related subject.
* Have related years of experience in oil field services.
* Have previous experience in Drilling Services or Drilling Completion Fluids field
* Demonstrate experience of leadership, mentoring and developing teams in global matrix environment
* Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems
* Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
