and new technologies to expand your skills and experience.About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Manager to join the Technology Delivery function in a Fixed-Term and Full-Time capacity, reporting into our Technology Change Practice Lead.The focus of this role is to design and implement change strategies for Technology and Digital related initiatives, delivering change activities safely and effectively to drive successful and change adoption (including Technology, transformation, ways of working, culture, roles, and process).Delivering end-to-end change and maximizing end user system adoption and usage whilst minimising resistance for key technology transformation and priority programs.In this role, you can expect to: Develop and apply the principles, processes, behaviours, and skills to effectively identify and manage change, and support others through it.Apply Changing Coles framework in development and delivery of change management plans and activities for the program to support engagement, readiness, and adoption of change.Conduct stakeholder analysis, build stakeholder engagement plan and execute engagement to ensure successful change roll out.Lead change impact assessments in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders in assessing gaps in capability, process, controls, and risks.To develop and implement change management strategies to support user system change adoption on priority projects.Monitor project key change delivery and report status to the relevant Steering Committee Identify and plan for change related mitigations/resolutions in conjunction with Program Leaders.Ensure business change impacts are understood and change risks are effectively mitigated.Monitor and update Change Practice Lead, senior management, governance forums and key stakeholders on priority programs with large/complex change.About you and your skills: Minimum 7 years of experience in change manager role (FMCG, Banking, Finance or Insurance, Utilities industry experience preferred).Experience working with technology stakeholders who are highly technical in nature and execution of technology change with impacts to ways of working, people (incl.behaviours), process and technology.Demonstrated experience executing change management on multiple projects concurrently.Experience in design and delivery of practical and outcomes focussed approach for large scale Technology change.Able to work effectively and influence at all levels in an organization.Experience and in-depth knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools to deliver impactful change plans.Designed creative change interventions across wide range of audiences to engage impacted user groups optimally for and for the change 'to stick' and land successfully.Strengths in advocating the use of project and change management disciplines across all stages of the project lifecycles whist easily adapts to changing priorities.Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.Active listening skills with emotional intelligence to support stakeholders through change.Exceptional presentation skills including the ability to influence leadership team through change and run large scale workshops or briefing sessions Experience delivering technology tools implementation along with associated governance models, business processes and frameworks specifically project and portfolio management, finance management, resource management tools (e.g., Planview, Clarity, SAP etc.)is essential.Large scale technology and digital transformation including support centre migration experience is highly preferred.PROSCI or CCMP or equivalent change management certification is essential.What's in it for
