You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, support rehabilitation, and ensure a safe and secure environment. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Wooroloo, WA. As a Clinical Nurse, you’ll make a positive impact by: Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and interventions Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement patient care Acting as a role model in providing holistic care Providing training and education to staff on clinical practices Managing clinical documentation and patient care plans Supporting the rehabilitation and reintegration of inmates Serco is a place for you You are a compassionate and dedicated professional with strong clinical and communication skills.
