Supporting the Consumer Division, you'll deliver insightful reporting outcomes for risk and controls across the business. You'll be proactive in identifying, managing, mitigating and monitoring risks and contribute to the development and monitoring of risk plans, supporting risk management frameworks, and driving risk culture assessments. You'll bring a customer orientated focus and enjoy working with a macro risk landscape.
This full-time position is open to candidates Australia wide, with flexible working hours, with 2-3 days in the office to connect with colleagues, enabling a healthy work-life balance.
What do I need? To be successful in this role you will have:
4+ years experience in risk management, legal or compliance in a large and complex organisation. Previous experience in financial services, consulting or in a Consumer Line of Business will be highly regarded.Demonstrated experience in developing and embedding risk concepts and toolsets, with excellent planning and organisational skills.Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to hold the line and influence for desired outcomes with various stakeholders across the business, paired with a high standard of professionalism.Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for clear and effective writing and reporting.Ability to balance priorities and deliver accurate and complete updates on time with a high attention to detail.Why join us?
