This will be achieved by performing cleaning duties within the kitchen, food preparation and scullery areas. Your responsibilities will be to:Ensure the kitchen, food preparation & scullery areas are a clean and hygienic work environmentClean dishes, utensils and equipmentHandle and use chemicals safelyOperate dishwashing equipment & move catering equipmentLifting of heavy items & dispose of wasteDeep clean kitchens & perform duties to a high standardAvailability to work 3 to 5 shifts per week is required.
