No weekend work!The successful candidate will be required to assist in various areas of the restaurant, having a hands-on approach in front of house operations.Reporting to the Resort Manager, you will be tasked with undertaking a variety of duties and responsibilities including:Working with the kitchen team to ensure a high standard of service is provided within the restaurant to residents and guestsTaking restaurant bookings and ordersRecommending dishes and delivering foodPreparation and setting up for meal serviceAssisting with meal & beverage serviceBasic plating of mealsResponding to resident enquiriesCleaning and washing up of dishes and cutleryAccepting paymentsAssisting kitchen staff as neededEnsuring that a premium level of customer service is provided to our residents in every interaction.Shifts:Monday: 9am – 1pmTuesday: 10am – 2pmThursday: 10am – 2pmFriday: 10am – 2pmThere is flexibility around the times stated above, however hours need to be similar.About YouYou will ideally have a background in hospitality or customer service, with specific experience working within the food and beverage space.
