If so, you may be the right candidate to join AWS ANZ's Partner Specialist organization as an AI and Machine Learning Partner Development Specialist (PDS). As a AIML Partner Development Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving adoption and revenue growth for AWS' AIML and Generative AI services through partners. Your role will involve identifying high-value partners across System Integrators (BCAP, GSI & SI) and independent software vendors (ISV / GISV) for the ANZ market. Engaging with AWS partners to understand their needs and align them with AWS AIML/Generative AI solutions. You will leverage your consultative expertise to become a trusted advisor, guiding partners in embedding and deploying AWS AIML / Generative AI solutions to unlock new value streams and solve key business problems using AI capabilities. With a passion for developing high-impact initiatives and executing effective strategies, you will own the ANZ partner AIML business and be accountable for building the necessary partner capability and capacity to support our customer's continually growing needs. You will understand key partner's business initiatives and offerings and work with the individual partner management teams to help craft a plan to achieve their goals and build scalable and repeatable solutions that align with the priority industry use cases. You will earn trust with AWS Partner executives, Data Science & IT personas, as well as the AWS Partner teams, Specialist BD (WWSO) and Specialist Sales teams in your geography. You will understand detailed business drivers in your forecast, generate and share these business insights and intentionally work to maximize your business impact and your ability to hit the yearly goals. You will maintain an in-depth knowledge of AWS' AIML & Generative AI services, leading foundation models, and relevant cross-functional areas to build strong relationships with Partners. By driving the adoption of Generative AI technologies, you will play a pivotal role in propelling AWS's revenue growth while helping partners to stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. You exercise Learn & Be Curious principles to develop and execute AWS' AIML / GenAI partner strategy for ANZ. You conduct compelling executive conversations on the transformational possibilities of AIML, generative AI and data, while also being capable of helping our customers navigate which services to evaluate for their use-cases. You can describe the "why" and "what" of Generative AI use case and technical solutions at a 200 to 300 level, with the detailed "how" being provided by solution architects. You will be the preferred point of contact for cross group functions within the organization for partners in Australia and New Zealand. Key job responsibilities - This role's primary responsibilities are to spearhead market expansion for AIML and GenAI adoption in Australia and New Zealand, through partners and build the necessary partner capability and capability to service our customer's needs today and in the future. - Work with AWS Partner Managers to understand the AIML and Generative AI partner capabilities in Australia and New Zealand. Identify which partners we should prioritise focus on and where we need new partners and partner solutions to address growth opportunities. - Stay at the forefront of understanding AIML and Generative AI trends, (including multi modal AI, agentic ai, future of work) and build strategies to align the AWS Partner offerings to these trends to maximise the relevancy and impact of these. - Build and Innovate: Co-develop GTM motions on new product launches and work with Partner teams on the creation of innovative new partner solutions that leverage the AWS AIML / GenAI services. - Support sales efforts from Partners and AWS to ensure the right partners and partner solutions are engaged to address customer's needs - Identify partner enablement needs (sales and technical) and support them to access the necessary enablement from AWS - Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously strengthen AWS's AIML / Generative AI differentiated value proposition. - Gather voice-of-customer insights to inform Partner's roadmaps and align partner capability to customer needs. - Drives conversations to build credibility and earn trust with the internal AWS Partner teams (Partner Management, Partner Core and Partner Sales) and our external AWS Partners. - Leverage your knowledge of generative AI and AIML to simplify and accelerate AWS' internal processes where applicable and be an advocate of AI adoption within the AWS organization. - Role require traveling up to 25% (predominantly local with some international).
