The Opportunity
We have an opening for a Third-Party Critical Suppliers Analyst to manage the governance, risk management, and compliance activities related to critical suppliers across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in identifying gaps and opportunities to ensure compliance with governance frameworks and guidelines for managing critical supplier relationships.
* Monitor and support the onboarding of new critical suppliers.
* Continuously monitor critical suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
* Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms for ongoing critical supplier performance evaluations.
* Review and evaluate critical supplier governance structures.
* Assist in investigating critical supplier risks or issues that may impact business continuity.
* Provide regular reports regarding critical supplier performance evaluations.
* Work closely with procurement, legal, risk, IT, and compliance teams to support critical supplier governance.

Requirements:
* 2-3 years' experience working as an analyst within procurement, supplier risk, or similar role.
* Understanding of supplier management, procurement, and third-party risk.
* Previous experience working in a large complex matrix organisation.
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office tools.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, accounting, law, risk management, or supply chain operations.
