About the Role: We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team at the Multiform Kilsyth showroom. This role involves frequent travel to meet clients on-site, where you'll play a key part in driving sales and building long-lasting relationships. As the first point of contact for many customers, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding service while showcasing our range of products. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in the showroom and during on-site visits, understanding their unique needs and guiding them through our product offerings. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups, addressing any queries, and encouraging repeat business. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities while also nurturing and expanding existing accounts. Organise and lead product demonstrations and meetings, showcasing our offerings to a diverse client Oversee projects from initial specification through to final installation, ensuring client satisfaction at every step. About the Candidate: As the successful applicant, you will be an experienced sales professional that has: Previous experience in the building or construction sector is highly regarded, but not essential. You excel in building rapport with clients and colleagues, with excellent verbal and written communication. Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
