About the Role The Program Manager Early Childhood Approach position will provide effective operational program management to deliver the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Early Childhood approach in their contracted area of responsibility. They will provide support and staff leadership to a transdisciplinary team to assist children (0-8 years) with disability and/or developmental delay and their families/care givers to build capacity and promote positive outcomes. Workers in this role will oversee the execution of program activities, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to quality standards. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. The successful applicant will have strong leadership skills and experience in program management including planning, implementation, evaluation and staff support. They will have demonstrated ability to promote positive organisational culture. The successful applicant will hold tertiary qualifications in Allied Health, Early Childhood Education, Human Services or related qualifications with eligibility for registration with a professional body. Travel within the region is an expectation of this role to effectively support our participants and their families. Supervision and professional development opportunities available for the successful applicant. This position is fixed term for 12 months and can be full time or part time (up to 38 hours per week) and can be based in any Intereach Office. This position is classified under the Social Home Care and Disability Services Award with an annual salary between $106,387.84 - $111,090.72 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
