About the role South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a skilled and motivated person to join our high performing Health Information Services (HIS), as an Administrative Support Officer (ASO). The Administrative Support Officer (ASO) role includes general Health Information Services (HIS) maintenance procedures including filing and assembly of medical records. The contribution of this role is critical to the smooth operation of the broader Medical Services and its organisation functions. Position Overview Part time, Permanent position 32 hours per fortnight (Thursday and Friday) Salary range $58,442.80- $64,612.00 pro rata. Located in Warrnambool - coastal living in regional Victoria What you bring The ideal candidate will possess strong digital literacy and proficiency in Office Suite applications, along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, time management, and organisational abilities. A qualification in Office Administration (such as a Certificate III in Business Administration) or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
