Depot Manager Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic leadership professional to oversee our operations in Canberra and surrounds as a JJ's Operations Manager / Depot Manager.
The role involves leading the team, championing day-to-day business functions, and ensuring a high-level safety and customer service culture. You will work with a safe, modern, and reliable fleet, serviced and maintained in our on-site workshops.
About the Job:
* Manage all functions across the Canberra site with 25+ employees
* Plan for and react to change
* Engage, lead, and develop the team
* Deliver the overall branch strategy
* Drive ongoing improvement initiatives
About You:
* Experience working in a similar role
* KPI and customer-focused with the ability to perform under pressure
* The ability to prioritise, think laterally, and make things happen
* Transport/Logistics/Mobile Service industry experience, where you managed a fleet and team of drivers
