The Senior Analyst, plays a key role in supporting Customer Success and the Transformation Office by managing the Customer Success Governance framework.
This role is responsible for crafting, implementing, tracking, and improving governance within the business unit, working closely with a hybrid Agile and Waterfall Delivery Methodology to enhance risk management, decision-making, accountability, and planning.
Success in this role requires strong organizational skills to navigate a fast-paced environment and manage multiple business partners across the enterprise.
Please note, this is a temporary role on a fixed term of up to 12 months.

Develop status reports, build executive presentations, and deliver program insights, supporting SLT-level reporting.
Provide governance and reporting support to initiative leads, managers, and Transformation PMO, continually improving processes.
Collaborate with teams to optimize and implement the Governance Framework, gather feedback, and adjust as needed.
Lead training for various business partners on the framework, manage knowledge resources, and adhere to compliance with governance standards.
Coordinate project planning, reporting, and portfolio benefits tracking, preparing financial and benefits reports for senior management.

Relevant formal qualifications in Project Management, Agile, Business Analysis, along with a tertiary degree in Business, IT, or a related field and hands-on experience within hybrid environments Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for senior executive reporting, with strong knowledge of delivery tools like Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence, and experience working as an analyst in portfolio office environments.
Skilled at building and influencing relationships across business units and stakeholders, with an ambitious, agile, and composed approach under pressure, effectively managing ambiguity and unexpected challenges.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and proactively, managing people, building collaborative relationships, and effectively handling fast paced situations and conflicting priorities while influencing outcomes and navigating ambiguity.
