Supporting an innovative Director that has helped over 100 clients purchase properties across a vast reach in the Sydney market, this is a role for an Executive Assistant to be the backbone to the business.

The Role:
* Support the Director in all administration tasks
* Maintain and refine internal processes
* Manage communication with internal and external clients
* Inspect properties as needed
* Newsletter & agent email mail outs
* Organising diary and calendar
* Confirming appointments
* Leading their marketing strategy & coordinating Instagram/Facebook & Linkedin
* Ad hoc administration tasks as needed
The Candidate:
* Have a strong administration background in Real Estate
* A Current Certificate of Registration
* Provide a high standard of customer service
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Ability to work autonomously & part of a team
