This role is more than just compliance – it’s about creating a workplace where staff feel supported, valued, and empowered to excel.You will lead by example, driving workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and occupational health and safety initiatives. With a focus on strategic planning and safety, you’ll foster a collaborative and high-performing environment that supports both staff and organisational growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with senior leadership to design and implement strategies that attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.Foster a culture of inclusion, safety, and well-being by promoting best practices across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.Provide expert guidance on HR, industrial relations, and workplace health and safety, ensuring compliance with legislation and organisational values.Lead initiatives to enhance leadership capacity and create pathways for professional growth, succession planning, and staff satisfaction.Oversee the development and continuous improvement of policies, processes, and systems to support a high-functioning workplace.Chair the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Committee, ensuring proactive management of workplace safety and risk mitigation.Drive workforce development planning and initiatives that align with CCG’s strategic objectives.Champion the optimization of HR software to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.About YouYou are a natural leader with a proven ability to build positive relationships and inspire collaboration.
