The Role:
Oversee the operational management of Consumer Directed Care and two Medical Practices requiring leadership, operational oversight and delivery of contractual obligations.
Ensure service delivery is appropriate to the needs of clients accessing the services and provide management and appropriate clinical support to ensure that the team provides the highest quality client centred care.
Be part of a very supportive Operations Team.
Provide supportive leadership and direction to your team to ensure program outcomes within practice guidelines and funding requirements are met.
Actively monitor and review quality assurance and clinical compliance.
About you:
Demonstrated experience leading and managing operational service delivery with multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites.
Strong leadership skills to support staff from a variety of disciplines to reach their potential.
Engaging leadership style, adaptable and innovative, able to inspire and motivate excellence with a keen eye on the health needs of regional South Australian communities.
Budget management, results driven, fantastic communicator, adept stakeholder engagement and active member on industry forums/groups.
