Client Details
Join a well-established and esteemed government department with exciting opportunities for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join their teams in Parramatta, Wollongong, Bathurst, and Newcastle. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will serve as the first level technical resolution point for all reported ICT-related incidents, working closely with internal stakeholders across different technology units.
Desired Technical Skills
We are looking for candidates with the following technical skills and experience:
1. Demonstrated experience in operational service desks or contact centers.
2. Act as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries and support needs.
3. Troubleshoot basic ICT hardware and software issues.
4. Preferred knowledge of the Remedy helpdesk framework, although not essential.
5. Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
6. Proven ability to achieve outcomes within agreed schedules.
7. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to customers.
