Hospitality & Project Manager – Trendy & Chic Restaurants | Townsville
We are seeking a dynamic Hospitality and Project Manager to lead and oversee two stylish, on-trend restaurants located in Townsville. In addition to managing existing operations, you will play a key role in the project management of new openings and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations across two restaurants
Ensure high standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction across all outlets
Develop and implement strategies to boost revenue and operational efficiency
Coach and mentor managers and staff to drive performance and foster a positive work environment
Manage budgets, cost controls, and P&L to meet financial targets
Monitor and analyse restaurant performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance profitability
Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to attract new clientele and increase brand visibility
Lead, direct, and manage the business, reporting directly to the Managing Director
Spearhead project management of new restaurant openings and acquisitions
Build bridges with the local community and elevate the guest experience
Candidate Requirements:
Strong operational background in the restaurant industry, ideally in a cluster management role
Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and elevate staff and managers
Excellent communication skills with a hands-on approach to building team success
