You will lead, develop and mentor a large team of professional staff within the library, role modelling and supporting the University and Library values.You will contribute to business and financial planning to deliver an innovative, client-focussed and sustainable service that aligns with the library's strategic direction and service model. Your leadership will be essential in implementing strategies, technologies and programs to improve discoverability, accessibility, and usability of information resources and research outputs.
