We have an exciting leadership role available at Mount Lofty which is a 134-bed residential aged care facility located in Toowoomba, South East Queensland. Architecturally designed around its unique elevated position, this state-of-the-art facility takes breathtaking advantage of spectacular views across the adjacent sporting oval through to the city landscape. The surrounding Mount Lofty Ranges also provide stunning natural views from in and around the facility.This modern facility is set on 2 acres of lush elevated green space and has been designed over 3 levels and 4 wings. Two levels are dedicated to resident accommodation and communal areas including dining and lounge areas, a shared wellness centre, hair and beauty salon, barista cafe, theatre room, function room and administration centre.Conveniently located only minutes from Toowoomba city centre, Northpoint Shopping precinct, local bowls club, several medical practices and public transport, Mount Lofty is ideally located right next to the local Heritage Oval sporting field, providing residents with box seats to local sporting activities and a real sense of community connectedness.About YouYou will be an authentic, compassionate and value-centric people leader who aligns with our philosophy and core values on resident wellbeing, quality of care, employee engagement and operational excellence.
