The Gig A role has become available for a highly organised, critical thinking, Registered Surveyor who holds an amazing eye for detail to join the business. Working on various Civil and Land Development scopes, you'll be at the heart of project management, subdivision assessments, boundary adjustments, road realignments, and a diverse range of surveying tasks. Reporting to the Managing Director, and based in Sydney you will work alongside a dedicated team delivering innovative solutions, where your contributions will be pivotal in supporting development and construction projects across the client base. You will be trusted with: Leading surveying projects, overseeing them from start to finish Performing surveys for residential subdivisions, following regulatory standards Ensuring precise property boundary adjustments and demarcations Contributing to surveying in strata development projects Handling council applications related to surveying and land development Establishing property boundaries and markers through identification and peg-out surveys Providing accurate topographical data through detailed and contour surveys Supporting precise construction alignment with engineering and building set outs Determining flood and floor levels for floodplain management and construction planning Processing statutory surveys and approvals for compliance with relevant legislation Managing risk activities and compliance standards Building and maintaining strong client relationships What’s In Your Toolbox? You will have 10 years’ experience as a Registered Surveyor, hold a Surveying Degree, and a current Surveyor registration.
