Training and support is provided to Key Workers in the use of these assessments.INTERVENTION - You will identify goals for intervention and carefully support and monitor progress in each session. Your intervention will be based on information derived from your detailed assessments. You will work closely with families to build their capacity to implement functional and meaningful strategies from day to day. Support provided is flexible as you may support the family in a variety of settings, from our facility, their home or education setting, or in the community.VARIED CASELOAD - Primarily working with children experiencing autism, developmental language delay, intellectual impairment, specific learning disabilities, attentional disorders and other neurodevelopmental delays, you will provide evidence-based intervention in individual and group formats.COLLABORATION WITH PEERS - Achieve client outcomes through an integrated approach to therapy and consultation with families, carers, guardians, and healthcare and education providers.
