The General Manager will need to be experienced and skilled in front office management duties, managing housekeeping operations, and confident leading small teams, all whilst controlling all financial controllables.
This opportunity is well suited to a hotel Duty Manager, Front Office Manager, Motel Manager, or Hotel Manager looking for a new challenge.
Key responsibilities
* Manage all property products, services, policies, and emergency procedures
* Hands-on role that requires a leader to pivot from housekeeping to guest services, and reservations management to overseeing maintenance management
* Live-in role that requires you to be on call when an Assistant Manager or Night Manager is not rostered on
* Handle, record and follow through with management issues or emergencies that arise
* Conduct any Health and Safety procedures, if required, including fire walks, etc.
