Full-time 12 month contract with potential of extension based on our Golden Plains Wind Farm Project.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Site Administrator to join our project team on the Golden Plains Wind Farm Project in Rokewood VIC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project expenses, maintaining various registers and databases, coordinating travel and meetings, and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities:
* Manage project expenses
* Maintain various registers and databases

* General document control and record management
Requirements:
* Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a project engineering firm or construction industry
* Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable)
* Understanding of business operations and best practices
* Advanced user in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
* Ability to liaise with clients, office staff, site staff, suppliers, and subcontractors
