This is a leadership role where you will effectively engage, inspire and empower the team to drive customer-focussed results.With a team of 17 agents and support staff, our Ipswich branch has established an admirable reputation through their commitment to delivering an enviable level of service to the local community.ResponsibilitiesAs a Branch Manager, you will enjoy a day including:Cultivating the working environment to support new sales and leasing opportunitiesCollaborate with peers and senior stakeholders to deliver business plans and contribute to achieving state objectivesPlanning and coordinating marketing and promotion of Elders services and products to support our clients including insurance and finance referralsEffective management (taking ownership) of the business targets and branch profit and loss in line with the agreed strategy for the branchPrioritising the safety of your staff and clients, and actively contributing to Elders' zero-harm cultureCoaching and mentoring staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunitiesInspiring and motivating your team to maximise their potentialBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key clients providing solutions to meet client requirementsAbout you:To excel at Elders, you:Have a proven track record in growing and managing a large sales team with a strong understanding of Real Estate services, including holding applicable real estate licences including auctioneer or willing to obtain.Have experience in managing a larger property management team and working with senior property managers to successfully grow that enterprise through provision of high quality property management services.Can effectively lead, engage and motivate teams to produce exemplary customer experiences and key business outcomes inline with the agreed business plan.Are resourceful, forward thinking and passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your community.A leader who understands our people are our most important asset and operates from a values based approach in business.Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with clients.The ability to source and review sales and property management data to help provide insight into the market for discussion with staff to support sales and growth objectives.Although a tertiary qualification is not essential, sound financial knowledge and strong business acumen is required to manage the P&L and ensure effective operational controls are being maintained in the business.If you are ready to grow your career with Elders, please click on 'Apply' today.Please note, applications may be shortlisted as they are received.At Elders, we strive to create a safe environment where everyone can thrive.
