We are now looking for a dynamic and passionate hospitality professional who is ready to lead our iconic restaurant as Venue Manager.
So, what does the role look like?
You'll be the face and driving force behind Madame Hanoi's operations, working closely with our Head Chef to create memorable moments for all our customers and generate up-to-date business promotions. An experienced Venue Manager who will lead our dedicated team at Madame Hanoi. This role is perfect for someone with boundless energy, a genuine love for their work, and a commitment to leading by example to deliver exceptional service that reflects Madame Hanoi's standards.
You will inspire, develop, and empower your team by leading from the front and championing exceptional service delivery in a vibrant atmosphere. Your role will involve equipping your team with the knowledge and support needed to enhance customer experiences. Additionally, you will oversee staff rostering, performance management, budgets, cost control, health and safety, SOPs, and menu designs.
