The primary focus of the Sales Development Manager is to generate demand for Oracle NetSuite solutions and services through managing a team of inbound and outbound prospecting within an assigned territory or vertical.

Responsibilities
1. Manages a team of telesales business development representatives for a territory/region.
2. Provides daily operations management of outbound call response and lead qualification functions.
3. Creates product, sales, and business function training programs.
4. Coordinates marketing (direct mail, advertising, etc.) activities with Marketing organizations.
5. Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff.
6. Participates in the recruiting process and provides hiring recommendations to senior management.
7. Manages budget.
8. Provides support to marketing and sales programs.
