Exciting opportunity for a Senior Design and Project Manager at Greater Sydney Parklands, a leading advocate for urban parks. As a key player in the design and delivery team, you will manage projects ranging from strategic master planning to detailed documentation and construction across a broad spectrum of Parklands with diverse community, cultural heritage, and environmental needs. This role will be responsible for managing projects across the project lifecycle from project ideation to completion, with a focus on design management and client-side project management. Be part of our journey to shape the future of Sydney's open spaces and parklands.
About You
You have proven senior level experience in project investigations, planning, tendering, and managing consultants or contractors. You can drive complex projects from ideation to completion in challenging and fast paced environments. A background or experience in a relevant design discipline is highly desirable. You will be highly motivated, with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to develop stakeholder relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to advocate and deliver on projects that contribute to the future of Sydney.
Essential Requirements
5. Tertiary qualifications in one or more of the following: Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Project Management, Urban Design and/or Civil Engineering.
