About the Position We are looking for an experienced and highly motivatedindividual to join our Community Safety team as a BusinessImprovement Specialist.
This position is responsible for developingand implementing a holistic business improvement program across thebusiness unit, ensuring effective and consistent service deliveryfor our customers.
Key Responsibilities The duties of the Business Improvement Specialist will includebut are not limited to: Lead the review, development and implementation of suite of tools to enhance service delivery Drive the growth in business improvement capability across the Community Safety Team Use DMAIC problem-solving methodologies to identify areas of improvement and potential projects or initiatives Conduct research to provide high-level reports and presentations to senior management Facilitate internal workshops and events related to business improvement Leverage learning's and root-cause analysis to facilitate continuous improvement About You The following qualifications and experience are highly desired,but if you don't tick all the boxes, you could still be aperfect fit for this role.

Proven experience in a similar role and relevant qualification in project management, business improvement or equivalent.
