We are seeking skilled administrators with exceptional customer service to support the business needs in Ministerial offices. Successful applicants will have a positive, can-do attitude and be able to support their Minister and staff with a range of support including assisting with correspondence, meeting, parliamentary preparation, events and reception services. Applicants should have strong computer skills, including competent use of the Microsoft office suite, able to demonstrate initiative, and have effective time management in organising and prioritising their own workload and the ability to meet deadlines.
